Founder + CEO
Shitel D. Patel, MD was raised in Florida for most of his life. He graduated medical school from the University of South Florida in 2007 and then went on to complete his residency in General Surgery at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia.
He then went on to complete a three-year Plastic Surgery Residency at UT Houston in the heart of Houston’s bustling medical center. During this time, he was exposed to a large and multifaceted volume of all aspects of plastic surgery.
This, along with talented mentors and teachers, allowed him to hone his plastic surgery skills. Dr. Patel went on to further fortify his training by completing a pediatric and adult craniofacial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

Meredith is a Registered Nurse and experienced aesthetic injector with a passion for subtle, natural-looking results. She began her aesthetic journey in 2021 and has since become known for her gentle touch, artistic eye, and commitment to helping patients feel refreshed—not overdone.
With a special interest in biostimulants and energy-based treatments, Meredith loves using the body’s own ability to stimulate collagen, elastin, and long-term skin health. She believes in working with your natural features—not against them—to enhance what’s already beautiful.
In addition to injectable treatments like neuromodulators and fillers, Meredith plays an important role in the surgical side of the practice, helping patients wake up safely and comfortably in the PACU after surgery.
